Villa Padar is two bedroom private villas still in complex of Anyar Estate, located in the traditional village of Banjar Anyar in a suburb of Kerobokan.
Padar and Banta are a nod to architectural excellence where simple elegance and comfort are the defining features. Built around a large pool with an outdoor bale for relaxing, two king-sized bedrooms, each with a luxurious en-suite, overlook the sparkling pool and the gardens.
An open plan living area and kitchen make quiet nights or entertaining effortless with all the features of a luxury home included. State of the art entertainment systems compliment the carefully chosen furnishings and design features.

Padar and Banta are more than just villas – they are your home away from home and have been designed to ensure a perfect stay for one or two couples per property. Each private bedroom overlooks the swimming pool, with the most difficult decision being ‘which room to stay in’ – as they are all equally beautiful, and equally designed with privacy and comfort in mind.
Facilities
Staff
The cooking staff arrive at 8am ready to cook you breakfast, squeeze you a juice, brew you a coffee and they finish their day at 4pm. The housekeeping staffs arrive at 9am to make up your room, and do general gardening and pool maintenance and finish their day at 5pm.. We have a team of 15 staff, all of which wear a name badge to help you remember their name. The cook can stay longer to assist you with dinner if requested.
Laundry
Each bedroom has a basket for you to place your laundry in. If you have delicate items, or there is a possibility of any items that may shrink or run, please advise Housekeeping on the form provided. If your garments have gone for washing in the morning they should be back to you by the next evening. If you need something in a hurry, again please advise Housekeeping. Whilst every care will be taken with your clothes, we regret, we can not take any responsibility for any items not washing up to your expectations. Any items taken to the laundry will be billed at the end of your stay.
Internet
The villas have broadband wireless internet access. Network key codes will be supplied on arrival.
Electricity
The Estate is powered by the main power grid @220vac 50hz and supported by our own 124kw backup generator in case of power failure.
